As the Director of the TriState Pageants, Lacey Caillier leads the Royal American Miss state programs in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas with vision, dedication, and heart. She oversees every aspect of the pageant experience—from contestant recruitment and event production to judge coordination and titleholder development. Her leadership ensures that each pageant is not only a well-organized competition but also an empowering and memorable journey for every participant. Lacey is committed to building a positive and uplifting environment where young women grow in confidence, leadership, and community involvement. Through her guidance, the TriState Pageants continue to set a high standard of excellence, integrity, and fun. Her passion for pageantry and youth mentorship shines through in every detail, helping to shape the next generation of strong, poised, and purpose-driven queens.
As the Assistant Director and Branding and Marketing Director for TriState Pageants, Emily Paulk plays a key role in the success and growth of the Royal American Miss system across Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas. In her role as Assistant Director, she helps manage the planning and execution of state pageants, provides guidance and support to contestants, and ensures smooth communication between families, directors, and partners. In her marketing and branding role, Emily leads creative direction for promotional materials, manages social media content and strategy, and builds brand recognition throughout the pageant community. Her work ensures that each state pageant reflects the professionalism, confidence, and empowerment at the heart of Royal American Miss. From digital campaigns to event day execution, Emily helps bring the vision of TriState Pageants to life with innovation, heart, and purpose.
Sharon Antoine Director of Pageant Hospitality and Logistics | TriState Pageants As the Director of Pageant Hospitality and Logistics for TriState Pageants, Sharon Antoine oversees all travel-related operations to ensure contestants and their families have a smooth and enjoyable experience. She manages hotel accommodations, coordinates group excursions, and handles all logistics involving outside vendors—from transportation to event services. Sharon’s expertise in hospitality ensures that every detail, from check-in to farewell, is handled with care and professionalism. Her behind-the-scenes coordination helps create a stress-free environment where contestants can focus on enjoying the pageant weekend. With a passion for service and exceptional organizational skills, Sharon is the key to making each TriState Pageant event run with efficiency, comfort, and a personal touch.
Kaitlyn Caillier serves as both the Opening Number and Social Media Coordinator for TriState Pageants, bringing creativity, energy, and passion to every event. As Opening Number Coordinator, she choreographs and teaches the high-energy routine that sets the tone for pageant weekend. With a background in dance and performance, Kaitlyn ensures each contestant feels confident and stage-ready—no matter their experience level. In her role as Social Media Coordinator, Kaitlyn manages all digital content and engagement across TriState’s platforms. From behind-the-scenes sneak peeks to contestant features and event highlights, she keeps the TriState community connected, informed, and excited. Her creative direction helps shine a spotlight on the contestants and elevates the brand’s presence across Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas.
Megan Victoria serves as the Contestant and Judge Liaison for TriState Pageants, acting as the key point of contact between contestants, judges, and the directing team. She ensures that both parties are fully informed, supported, and confident throughout the competition process. Megan helps contestants navigate pageant weekend by answering questions, providing schedules, and offering guidance to ease nerves and keep everything on track. At the same time, she assists judges by preparing materials, clarifying procedures, and making sure judging remains smooth, professional, and fair. As Score Tabulator, Megan is also responsible for calculating and verifying all results with precision and discretion. Her reliability, organization, and calm approach make her an essential part of creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
